Keep entertainment coins separate from prize eligibility

Gold Coins are entertainment currency. Sweeps Coins support promotional play, while the rules distinguish redeemable winnings from starting credits. The sweepstakes rules set a 100 redeemable SC threshold and require play before redemption; the operator can impose higher play requirements. No purchase is required to participate.

The 100 SC threshold applies to redeemable winnings, rather than every displayed promotional balance. That distinction comes before the payment choice: starting SC require the applicable play, and identity or prize checks still apply after the balance reaches the minimum. Elixir and Reward Market limits

Elixir is a separate feature balance. Section 10.4 describes it as having no monetary value or exchange value, while Annexes 3–5 describe island-game spins and Reward Market uses. The wording differs; do not treat Elixir itself as a redeemable SC balance.

Annex 4 gives ordinary Reward Market rewards a ten-day one-play window and a redemption cap of five times the initial reward. Its free-spin condition instead caps redemption at 100 SC and voids excess. The rewards exclude Social Live Casino. These conditions apply to the feature rewards, rather than all ordinary casino prizes. Subject to operator terms and eligibility conditions.

Annex 5 excludes named games from earning Elixir through SC play. A title appearing in a browsing category does not establish that it contributes to this feature balance.

The public navigation lists slots, jackpots, table games, crash and instant games, scratch and bingo games, plus live categories including roulette, blackjack and game shows. Those menu labels describe the site's organization; they do not prove every game can be loaded from your location.

Scratch and bingo sit beside the slot, table and live-game categories in the public menu. This provides several browsing paths rather than a single slot list. The category labels do not establish which coin mode, reward terms or location restrictions apply to a particular title.

Requesting a prize and understanding the wait

Dorados' help describes a signed-in process: open the redemption section, choose an option, enter the amount and payment details, then confirm. There are three distinct details to reconcile at that point: the eligible balance, the selected payment option and the recipient information. The instructions do not establish which options a particular account will display.

The timing article separates processing from receipt. It describes three business days for processing, subject to verification and security review, then method-dependent settlement; bank transfers can take another three to five business days. The sweepstakes rules allow up to ten business days plus verification or security delays. Treat these as published guidance, not a promised delivery date.

The general terms name ACH and Push to Card processing through Lunavo LLC. That is evidence of named transaction rails, rather than a guarantee that both are offered to every account. Confirm available options and charges in your redemption interface before submitting.

Section 12.1 lists the VIP limits below. All five levels retain the same US$2,500 daily cap; the monthly allowance rises from US$30,000 to US$60,000 while the listed processing period shortens. These are different benefits. The operator can change the limits, and a processing period does not include every bank-settlement or verification delay.

For participants located in Florida, section 12.2 caps a single redeemable prize at $5,000 and says requests above that amount will be adjusted. Section 14.3 permits one redemption request per 24 hours. Sections 14.4–14.5 allow split payments over several days and additional verification, payment-method and fraud-review delays. These conditions apply together; the Florida provision does not erase the daily tier cap.

Prepare the documents requested for your account

The verification help lists readable, unexpired identification and proof of residence. It gives residence-document windows of three or six months depending on the account review. Payment ownership and transaction history may also be requested, with history typically covering one to three months. The list is not exhaustive.

The date on a residence document and the period covered by transaction history answer different checks. A recently issued statement may still fail a request for several months of transactions. Use the document types and periods stated in the account request, with matching account details and the designated secure submission process.

Sweepstakes rule 10.3 describes prize forfeiture if requested verification is not completed within 30 days of a written request. Rule 15.3 also allows the operator to stop verification and suspend, restrict or close an account after 30 days without the requested information. General term 6.4 also allows account action during verification and describes a 40-day condition for missing requested information or documentation. The February 2026 general terms identify RAFFLEFY LIMITED as the operator, and the sweepstakes rules name the same company as sponsor. This identifies the contracting party; it does not establish regulatory approval or eligibility in your state.

The terms require participants to meet the higher of age 21 and the applicable age of majority. They also restrict residence and physical location, including Indian land. Operator availability and terms vary by state. Check the operator's current restricted-state list and terms before participating. This is an editorial overview, not legal advice.

Its published rules make several questions particularly useful: which document deadline applies, whether a request is being reviewed or awaiting bank settlement, and whether a proposed amount fits both the daily limit and any location-specific prize cap. Taking a break and limiting purchases

To request a purchase limit, the responsible-play policy directs you to email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include your account ID, the desired Gold Coin purchase limit and its duration. The policy describes daily, weekly and monthly limits. Wait for the confirmation and check that the restriction has taken effect; unclear requests can require follow-up.

Time limits use the same email process but control playing time, rather than Gold Coin purchases. Specify the allowance and duration, or request a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion. The policy says permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. These controls serve different purposes; a purchase limit alone does not establish a playing-time restriction.

The policy mentions a 21-day opportunity to claim an outstanding redeemable balance after permanent self-exclusion, but expressly says the general terms govern any inconsistency. General section 8.5 makes post-termination redemption discretionary and subject to sweepstakes and payment conditions. Ask support how those conditions affect your balance; the policy does not establish an unconditional payment entitlement.
