Our verdict
CardCrush pairs collectible-card battles with Mystery Coin casino-style play. The distinction matters: deck strength and rating resets belong to card progression, while prize requests depend on eligible Mystery Coins, verification and separate withdrawal limits. Compare those two experiences before choosing how to participate.
What works well
- Published battle rules explain deck order, scoring and rating resets.
- Prize rules state different cash and gift-card thresholds and request limits.
- The terms distinguish collectible cards from conditionally withdrawable Mystery Coins.
What to consider
- Seasonal card expiry and Mystery Coin dormancy affect different balances.
- Prize requests require verification and may incur processing fees or additional checks.
- Public Mystery Box price and discount banners do not establish complete campaign qualifications.
Operator and activities
The August terms identify Vision NL Limited as the operator. They distinguish automated collectible-card tournaments and one-versus-one card battles as Card Play. Read the rules for the activity you intend to enter.
The current homepage connects card collection and upgrades with daily battles, Battle Points and Battle Ranks. It describes using Mystery Coins in casino-style games and live tables, where activity earns Club Points for the Loyalty Club. These labels refer to different parts of the experience; the homepage does not establish that any of those balances can be redeemed for cash or prizes.
Version 1.3 of the August 5, 2026 terms says collectible cards cannot be withdrawn for money or prizes. It separately allows Mystery Coin prize requests under conditions. Battle Points and Club Points should not be treated as equivalent eligible prize balances.
Mystery Boxes, promotions and card grants
The public homepage displays a $9.99 Mystery Box and a separate 66% discount banner. Those displays do not establish a fixed Mystery Coin reward or complete campaign qualifications. Check the purchase summary and applicable offer conditions; do not assume the displayed price and percentage describe the same transaction. Subject to operator terms and eligibility conditions.
The terms also describe providing cards when a player finishes a session with no Mystery Coins, without specifying a fixed quantity. That describes an in-kind card feature, not a confirmed cash welcome reward. Cards cannot themselves be withdrawn for a prize.
Casino-style browsing
The public games page lists live table games, classic slots, cascading and tumble slots, and Hold & Win. It names BGaming, Gamzix, Betsoft and Fugaso among providers. Confirm the games and currency available to your account before playing.
Mystery Coins and prize requests
Under the Prize Withdrawal Rules, Mystery Coins ordinarily need one play in an applicable game to become eligible; additional requirements may apply. Cash requests need 75 eligible coins, gift cards 10. Each eligible coin represents a $1 prize value, subject to verification and the rules.
Requests are limited to one every 48 hours. Processing fees may apply, up to reasonably estimated processing costs. Cash processing through a payment method chosen by CardCrush can take up to ten days; requests above $2,500 may take longer or be split. The operator can limit prizes to $10,000 a day or issue a check. These terms do not guarantee approval or delivery.
Prepare for identity checks
The document help describes a passport, driver’s license or national ID plus a clear selfie. Proof of address can be a utility bill or bank statement showing your full name and address, dated within 90 days.
For prize withdrawals, the name on your payment method must match your account name. The rules require age, identity and other checks, potentially including source of funds and wealth. Bank payments must go to an account in your name; joint accounts may require documents about the other holder. Check these conditions alongside the document guide.
Upload through your account
The verification guide directs players to My Account to upload documents, followed by an email once verification is complete. Use the official account interface for personal information.
The August terms say Mystery Coins expire when an account becomes dormant after 60 consecutive days without qualifying activity, which includes coin activity, purchase attempts and withdrawals. Cards are limited to the stated season; retired cards remain viewable but cannot be used in Card Play. Check both balances and the current season rules.
Follow up on verification
The help says account verification may take up to 48 hours and recommends contacting support if you have not heard back. This concerns account checks; it is not a prize-delivery promise.
Website payments and support
The payment help dated December 2025 names Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards for website payments. The article does not describe prize-redemption methods, minimums or fees. Check the options shown for your activity before completing a transaction.
The games-page footer identifies Vision Synergy as a payment support operations entity. The US number +1 (360) 234-3423 is specifically for payment queries; online support is advertised around the clock.
Location and provider rules
The eligibility help requires US residence and points to the current terms for state restrictions. The August terms require US access outside prohibited territories and say over 21, or a higher applicable age of majority; the help and footer instead say 21 or older. Use the stricter terms wording and confirm the boundary with support. Individual account, game and promotion conditions still apply.
The terms include provider restrictions as well as general location conditions. Operator availability and terms vary by state. Check the operator’s current restricted-state list and terms before participating. This is an editorial overview, not legal advice.
How the card battles work
The Game Rules describe five rounds using five unique cards. Your deck order locks when the battle starts, and corresponding positions face each other. Winning three rounds wins the battle. Each round compares Power plus a positive Affinity bonus of up to three; tied scores are resolved by Speed, then total deck Speed, then a deterministic tiebreaker.
This is a card-battle ruleset. It does not establish casino-game odds, Mystery Coin prize eligibility or that winning a battle produces a withdrawable reward.
Ratings reset separately from card seasons
The rules say battles and tournaments affect a shared rating, with tournaments carrying more weight. At each monthly reset, ratings move halfway toward 500; quarterly resets return them to 500. Duplicate cards can improve Power or Speed through upgrades. These progression mechanics differ from the terms' seasonal card expiry and Mystery Coin dormancy rules.
Read the rules for the balance you use
The terms refer Mystery Coin withdrawal conditions to section 6.12, which instead describes dormancy and card seasons. Use the separately published Prize Withdrawal Rules for the stated thresholds and processing conditions; confirm unclear account-specific requirements with support.
The general agreement gives itself priority over incorporated policies, while its promotion clause gives specific promotion conditions priority, except for arbitration. Check the applicable written conditions rather than assuming a banner resolves a conflict.
The prize rules also contain inconsistent tax-responsibility wording in section 2.5; section 2.6.11 separately assigns applicable taxes to the customer. Ask for clarification of the applicable reporting and withholding conditions rather than treating that inconsistency as a fee exemption.
Keep card progression and mobile balances separate
The terms describe the Mystery Coin balance in the upper-right corner of the website and mobile application. Compare that balance with your cards and rating; their expiry and progression rules differ. The verification help directs document uploads through My Account. Use the official account controls for personal documents, and confirm the current mobile options before installing an app.
Purchase limits, session limits and breaks
The Responsible Play policy describes daily, weekly and monthly purchase limits and daily session limits of one, three, six, nine or twelve hours. Requests go through support. Reductions apply once implemented; increasing or removing either limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. Daily session limits reset at local midnight.
Short breaks are listed as one, three, seven, fifteen or thirty days; self-exclusion options are six months or one, three or five years. Once active, these controls block play, purchases and withdrawals and cannot be shortened. Implementation requires processing and confirmation; stop using the account while your request is being handled.
After self-exclusion ends, reopening requires a support request and a seven-day waiting period, with review rather than automatic admission. The policy describes conditional reinstatement of cards and coins after reactivation, including current-season cards when a season ended. Read that alongside the general dormancy and seasonal-expiry terms; do not assume every inactive balance survives unchanged.
Questions and answers
Can I withdraw collectible cards as prizes?
The terms say cards cannot be withdrawn for money or prizes. Mystery Coins have separate conditional prize rules; card ratings and Club Points are not equivalent eligible prize balances.
What Mystery Coin balance do the prize rules require?
The published rules state 75 eligible Mystery Coins for cash and 10 for gift cards, ordinarily after an applicable play and subject to verification and other requirements.
How often can I request a prize?
The rules permit one request every 48 hours. That request frequency does not promise approval or delivery within 48 hours.
Does a rating reset also define Mystery Coin expiry?
The game rules describe competitive rating resets. The terms separately define Mystery Coin dormancy after 60 days without qualifying activity and card expiry at the end of a season.
Does verification timing establish when a prize arrives?
No. The help describes up to 48 hours for account verification; cash processing is separately described in the prize rules.
How do I request a limit or break?
The Responsible Play policy directs requests through support. Check confirmation that the chosen control has been applied; active breaks and self-exclusions also restrict withdrawals.
